There are actually countless reasons why we should always put our customers first in everything we’re doing on our websites. A lot of people usually put more focus on things that matter less such as pleasing the search engines.

However, the truth remains that the search engines cannot give you money. Even though they’ll bring people to your site, but if those visitors arrived and gets no value from your site, they’ll simply bounce back, never to return again.

It is, therefore, very important to always focus on user-experience first before any other thing.
